Cookie Policy

1. What Cookies Are
Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data saved on your device. We use as few as we can, and anything that isn't essential only loads if you agree.
2. Essential (Always On)
lux_partner: keeps business owners signed in to their LUXELLEAN dashboard; lasts 30 days or until they sign out. These cookies are needed for the service to work, so they don't need consent.
3. Preferences (Stored in Your Browser)
luxellean_city remembers the city you chose. luxellean_consent remembers your cookie choice. Business owners' dashboards also remember small interface choices, such as prompts they've dismissed. This information stays on your device until you clear it.
4. Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years) counts visits and shows which pages are used. Google Ads (_gcl_au, 90 days) measures whether our ads lead people to LUXELLEAN. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they load only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. Elsewhere, including the United States, they load by default and you can turn them off at any time (see section 6); if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't set the Google Ads cookies. Choosing "Reject" removes them. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
5. Content From Other Services
Business pages show an embedded Google Map, and Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. Trustpilot is a plain link; nothing of theirs loads until you follow it.
6. Changing Your Choice
Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to open the cookie banner and choose "Reject" or "Accept", wherever you are. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the core search will still work.
7. Contact
Questions about cookies go to privacy@luxellean.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
