Business information — including ratings, reviews, addresses, hours, and services — is sourced from third-party providers (such as Google) and from business owners. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting.
4. AI Matching & Rankings
Our match scores and rankings are generated by algorithms and AI models. They are recommendations, not endorsements. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, quality of service, or availability from any listed business.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: submitting false or misleading information, attempting to manipulate rankings or reviews, scraping or reselling our data, interfering with the Service's operation, or violating any applicable law.
6. Business Accounts
Business owners who claim a profile are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for keeping their login credentials secure. Claimed profiles may be verified, edited, or removed at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The LUXELLEAN name, logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. Business names, logos, and reviews remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed under fair use or with permission.
8. Third-Party Links
The Service links to external websites (e.g., Google Maps, business websites). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
