1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LUXELLEAN (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use LUXELLEAN
You must be at least 13 years old to use LUXELLEAN. If you're under 18, use it only with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. Business accounts are for business owners or their authorized representatives who are at least 18.
3. Description of Service
LUXELLEAN is an AI-powered advisor that helps customers in the United States find and compare alteration and tailoring businesses. We provide rankings, match scores, business profiles, appointment requests, and an AI chat assistant based on publicly available data and business-owner submissions.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Business information — including ratings, reviews, addresses, hours, and services — is sourced from third-party providers (such as Google) and from business owners. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting.
5. AI Matching & Rankings
Our match scores and rankings are generated by algorithms and AI models. They are recommendations, not endorsements. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, quality of service, or availability from any listed business.
6. Appointment Requests
Listed businesses are independent of LUXELLEAN. When you request an appointment, we pass your request to the business; we do not accept, book or guarantee appointments on its behalf. A request becomes an appointment only when the business confirms it, and a request that is not answered in time closes automatically. Prices, availability and the work itself are agreed directly between you and the business.
7. Fees
Searching, getting matched and sending appointment requests are free for customers. Business features are currently free as well. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll show the price clearly before you choose them, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
8. Emails
We send emails needed to provide the service, such as appointment updates and sign-in codes. We send newsletters only if you subscribe, and every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: submitting false or misleading information, attempting to manipulate rankings or reviews, scraping or reselling our data, interfering with the Service's operation, or violating any applicable law.
10. Business Accounts
Business owners who claim a profile are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for keeping their login credentials secure. Claimed profiles may be verified, edited, or removed at our discretion. Any business can ask us to correct or remove its listing at hello@luxellean.com.
11. Intellectual Property
The LUXELLEAN name, logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. Business names, logos, and reviews remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed under fair use or with permission.
12. Third-Party Links
The Service links to external websites (e.g., Google Maps, business websites). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUXELLEAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
